Keen Helps Lady Bulldogs To Second Win

Heat and humidity did not slow down senior Julia Keen as she led the way to a first place finish Wednesday evening at a meet hosted by Lancaster High School. Keen’s first place finish helped the Lady Bulldogs in claiming their second win of the XC season. Keen completed the course in Lancaster with the top time of 22:49. Mell Boucher (24:32), Heather Woolard (24:46), Megan Goodrich (27:02), and McKenzie Taylor (28:37) completed the top five for Camden. The Lady Bulldogs took first place in the meet followed by Westwood, Richland Northeast, and Great Falls. Mell Boucher, Heather Woolard, and Sarah Guy (33:16) all achieved their season’s best times on the course in Lancaster. Elizabeth West (32:07), Gracie Stines (33:55), and Elizabeth Rousseau (34:04) ran their personal best times for Cross Country. The Girls’ XC Team will travel to Great Falls on Tuesday, September 26th, for their next meet. Congratulations to the Lady Bulldogs for their win in Lancaster and best of luck as they compete at Great Falls
